The Privacy Policy notice that follows is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of this Site.

We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving this Site. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to: your name, phone number and email address (“Personal Information”). Should you choose to hire Alanna Hogan Photography and purchase products through our affiliate client management and gallery delivery sites, we may also request credit card or bank details (for payments made via bank transfer), as well as billing and shipping address information. Most financial data is transferred to our payment processor, Stripe, and we encourage you to review this processor’s Privacy Policy to determine how they use, disclose and protect your financial data. We are the sole owners of the information collected on this Site and its affiliate client sites. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contacts with you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. You consent to giving us this information by providing it to us voluntarily on our website or affiliate client sites.

The information that we collect will be used to contact you and provide personalized client services, including: responses to your inquiries, client on-boarding, contract collection, invoice processing, distribution of client questionnaires prior to an engagement session and wedding event, and communication throughout the wedding planning process regarding timeline details, vendor recommendations, etc. We will also use your information to process and ship any orders made following a photographic service. These client services may be provided through various forms of communication, including via email, phone, text and post mail.

We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, i.e. to collect an invoice via a third party merchant processor or to place and ship a print order via a professional photo lab.

Additionally, we may access personal information from social networking sites and apps, including Facebook, Instagram or other social networking sites or apps not named specifically here, which may include your name, your social network username, location, age, gender, profile picture and any other information made public.
